Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or unsealed. Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hairbyssb@hotmail.com  including your order number and clear photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
